SimpSocial LLC and our dealership clients respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. These terms outline how we manage SMS communications in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws.
By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages from SimpSocial or our dealership clients, you consent to receive recurring marketing and informational messages, which may include offers, appointment reminders, vehicle updates, and lead follow-up messages.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords: “STOP”, “CANCEL”, “END”, “QUIT”, or “UNSUBSCRIBE”.

SimpSocial enforces strict permission-based messaging policies. Our clients are only permitted to text consumers who have opted in, or with whom they have a pre-established business relationship.
